Pricing
Please refer to our online pricelist.
Bookings, downpayment
You will receive an informal reservation confirmation via email.
Your booking will become effective at receival of your downpayment only.
Your downpayment should therefore be made as early as possible.
Downpayment is about 50% of the total price or max. CHF 2000.-
Upon receival of your downpayment we will formally confirm your bookings via email.
For the remaining balance and ev.additional costs adding up during your stay,
you will receive a detailed invoice for immediate payment on the day of your departure.

 
Payment methods
We accept cash payments in CHF, US$ and EURO (daily rates apply).
Downpayment should be done via bank wire/transfer.
All transfer fees are to senders charges.
We do accept payment via credit card (visa, master), but will add 3.5% credit card commissions to your payment.

Cancellation fees
Should you for any reasons have to cancel your booking, following conditions apply:
Cancellation up to 60 days before booked date: 90% refund of downpayment (minus CHF 150.- cancellation fee)
Cancellation up to 30 days before booked date: 50% refund of downpayment
Cancellation 1-29 days before booked date: no refund of downpayment
We recommend you sign up for trip cancellation insurance with your local insurance agent.

Additional costs not included in our price:
Tourism tax township Wilderswil per day: adults CHF 1.90 / children CHF 0.90
Tourism tax canton Bern per day: adults only CHF 0.60

Arrival / departure
If nothing else has been agreed upon:
The house will be ready for you from 16.00 (4pm) on.
We ask you kindly to have the house vacant from 10.30 on departure day.
In case you need help planning your journey to Switzerland – by car or public transportation – we will be happy to help you. Shuttle service also available.

Sauna, Jacuzi
From a min. of 6 guests on you are free to use our wellness area on a daily base as your 3rd bathroom.
Otherwise useage is upon agreement with your hosts.
We ask you to please inform us ahead if you want to use the wellness area, as maintenance, turning on/off
of the appliances is done only by your hosts.
We ask you kindly to respect the posted rules, for your pleasure and safety.

Laundry
Bed linnens, kitchen-, hand- and bathtowels will be replaced by your hosts once a week.
Your house has washer and dryer available to you at your free will.

Damages, liability
Your host has the right to charge you for any damages you caused to furniture, appliances and building during your stay.

Complaints
Please notify your hosts within the first 24h, should you find any problems.
We will certainly do our best to give you no reasons and make you feel right at home.
