Beautiful, top standard holiday house for 2-8 guests - Year round availability

Welcome to our historical house in the center of Wilderswil -  the heart of the Jungfrau region, Swiss Alps.

In 2004 we decided to renovate our 1890 bakery farmhouse, fixing up our old barn attached to the back of our house to transform it into a comfortable, modern & historic holiday accommodation. Our theme throughout the house is to integrate modern furniture, appliances & technology with simple clean architecture, using original century old support beams, large roof windows allowing lots of natural light. State of the art heating system provides clean and comfortable heated tiled floors. We designed, constructed and maintain our holiday house ourselves, partly with the help of a few good friends.

The three story holiday house has a total of 120 m2 living space, private entrance and two parking spaces. It offers all you need for a home abroad....

2 bedrooms plus loft: 2 bedrooms each with a queen size double bed: 170 x 210cm, loft with one double bed and additional single beds ideal for kids. Living room has a sofa which can be made to a double bed 160 x 200cm.

2 private bathrooms plus access to the wellness area.  The ground floor houses the sauna , whirlpool, shower, toilet and lounging area. First floor has a toilet and sink. Master bathroom is on the second floor with a two person shower, whirlpool, toilet and double sink.

Livingroom is equipped with flat screen cable TV, DVD player, music system. Highspeed internet connection throughout the apartment.

Kitchen is bright, as it has a sliding glass door towards back garden. The large dining table is perfect for entertaining. Equipped with new quality appliances - microwave, 4 plate glass stove with oven, refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine. Kitchen towels and basic spices included. Plates, glasses and cutlery for 10 people.

Washer & dryer located on the ground floor plus a storage area for luggage and ski equipment.

The balcony gives views to the mountains, at night the 12^th century Unspunnen-ruin is lit. A century old cherry tree stands in the garden.

You have access to our large garden, with tree house and swings for the kids and seating, table and bbq facilities (wood or gas) for the adults.

B&B/Hotel Service available upon special inquiry.

We will get back to you within 3 days maximum. Upon your positive reply we will informally reserve the apartment for you. In order to formally secure your bookings, we will ask for a downpayment of  50% via secure bank transfer.
